The switch requests tab or menu includes all eSIM switch requests for that account.

The article includes:

Search requests

The search bar allows you to search all fields (full or partial) on the request tables except SIMs.

The search filter allows you to search by Request URN, service type, or status (request, not eSIM).

Select the Request URN from the list table to view the request details.
Note: You cannot search by ICCID or EID using either filter option.

The table view includes the following fields.

Field	Description
Request URN	Unique request identifier.
Created on	The date and time a request was created in local time.
Completed on	The date and time a request was completed. The field will be blank if the request is not complete.
Service type	The requested service type for the switch.
SIMs	The amount of SIMs included in the request.
Provisioned by	The name of the person requesting the switch.
Status	The status of the request. Completed - all SIMs have been successfully switched Pending - the switch is in process, or one or more SIMs have failed to switch. Review the request details for additional information.

Select a Request URN to review the details of any switch request.

Number	Field	Description
1	Request URN	Unique identifier for the request.
2	Auto-refresh	The auto-refresh is enabled during the switching process to ensure the latest status of each eSIM is displayed.
3	Request status	Status of the switch request.
4	Total eSIMs	The total amount of eSIMs included in that request.
5	Switch steps	Each step of the switching process shows the status of each eSIM. Refer to the eSIM switch article for detailed information on SIM failure messages.
6	Status legend for switch steps	The legend includes: Complete - eSIM or eSIMs have completed this step Pending - Switch is still in process on this step Failed - eSIM or eSIMs switch failed on this step
7	Type of request	Will always display "Switch Profile."
8	Targeted service type	The service type requested the eSIMs switch to.
9	Created on	The date and time a request was created in local time.
10	Completed on	The date and time a request was completed. The field will be blank if the request is not complete.
11	Requested by	The name of the person requesting the switch.

The SIM list filter allows you to sort by the SIM status if needed for a long list of eSIMs.

The SIM list includes the following fields.

Field	Description
Expand	Links to the deactivation and activation requests will be available depending on the request status.
EID	EID for the eSIM.
Old ICCID	The ICCID you are requesting to switch from. Select to review the SIM details for that profile.
New ICCID	The ICCID you are requesting to switch to. Select to review the eSIM switch profile you requested.
Status	The status for that eSIM, not the status of the request. Review the eSIM switch article to review eSIM statuses and troubleshooting options.
