The RADIUS session rule uses the "data session start" field to monitor the number of sessions for your SIMs or subscriptions by APN. The rule is automatically added to all SIMs that meet the rule criteria.
Note: This feature is limited to APNs with available RADIUS information. The APN list will only include eligible APNs during the rule creation process.

Only a few fields can be changed on an alert
Field | Allowed changes |
Alert name | All alert types. |
ICCIDs | All alert types. |
Plan | Plan alerts only. |
Triggers | Alert amounts only, not the types. All alert types. |
Actions | All alert types. |
Enable an alert rule
Account > Account Information > Rule Management - Enable
You can enable a disabled alert at any time. The SIMs attached to this list will once again receive the alert.
Disable a rule
Account > Account Information > Alert Management - Disable
Disabling an alert allows you temporarily turn off an alert that you may have a use for in the future. The alerts will be turned off for all SIMs attached to that alerts.
Note: A disabled alert will still show on the SIM Usage Details page.
To disable an alert, search the alert table as needed, select the alert or alerts, and select Disable. The alert or alerts will switch over from enabled to disabled automatically.
Remove a rule
Account > Account Information > Alert Management - Remove Alert
Removing a rule will remove it from all SIMs it is assigned to.
Tip: If you need to move the plan or SIMs to another alert, we recommend selecting Update Alert first and taking screenshots of SIM lists or plans before removing the rule.
