Use locations for the following:
- Cost centers originally setup in PRiSMPro
- Ordering SIMs
- Invoicing and mailing preferences.
The article includes
Create a location
Account > Company Information > Locations
Select the Add New Locations button to create a new location.
Note: The table will only display the first 27 characters (including spaces) of any field.
Field name | Description |
Name | The name of the location. On the table this field will display as the location name. |
Postal code | Also known as postcode and zip code. Format as needed for your country. |
City | The city, town, or village. |
Country | The country for your location. |
State/province | The state, province, or locality. |
Location type | Head office - format as a mailing address. Billing address - format as a mailing address. Shipping address - format as a shipping address |
Address | Main address line. |
Address2 | Supplemental address line, for use if needed. |
View locations
Account > Company Information > Locations
Search
The search bar allows you to search any value in all fields.
Note: Fields removed from view using the custom icon will still be included.
Fields
The table includes the fields list under the create a location section as well as the following.
Field | Description |
Agent created | The user name of the person who created the location. |
Date created | The date and time the location was added to the account. |
Edit a location
Account > Company Information > Locations
Select the Update Location button to edit any location.
The agent created and date created fields will update with the user name of the person who changed the location information, as well as the date and time of the change.
