The SIM disconnect option will force the SIM off the network, causing it to reregister. Use this option to correct registration problems.
Note: This option is only available for KORE T-USA SIMs.

To use the bulk option, the SIM MSISDNs are needed.
- Select the SIM Disconnect button in the top right-hand corner.
- Add all MSISDNs needed, then select Done.
Format MSISDN,
MSIDSN,
MSISDN - Review accepted and rejected MSISDNs, and then select CONTINUE.
Note: If any MSISDNs are rejected, you can continue with your request, and the system will ignore the rejected MSISDNS. - Review the confirmation screen, and select CONFIRM.
- Select DONE to close the window.
Single disconnect
Subscriptions > Inventory
Search
You can disconnect a single device using the Diagnose feature. This option is available on the inventory or subscription details page.
- Select the Diagnose button by:
- Select Subscriptions, the Inventory tab, select the checkbox for the SIM and then select the Diagnose button.
Note: If you select more than one SIM on the list, the Diagnose button will not enable. - Select Subscriptions, the Inventory tab, select the ICCID number and then select the Diagnose button.
- Search for the ICCID or MSISDN using the general search, and then select the Diagnose button.
- Select Subscriptions, the Inventory tab, select the checkbox for the SIM and then select the Diagnose button.
- Select the SIM Disconnect button on the top right-hand corner.
- Review the confirmation screen, and select CONFIRM.
- Select DONE to close the window.
Review disconnect requests
Subscriptions > Diagnostics
Review the status of all disconnect requests.
- Sort the list as needed to find your request.
- Select the Subscription to view the list of MSISDNs included for each request.
- Review the status for each MSISDN or the request.
