The search feature in the KORE Help Center allows you to search all articles in our help center. The search includes all text in our articles, not just the titles.

The following tips can help you optimize your search results.
Note: The search results will include the root form of your search words.

|Search by software.||Open any article in the software section you need help in, and then use the search feature. The search results will only include articles for that software.|
|Multiple words in the same article.
The search results will include all search words, but not in a specific order.
|Add double quotes around each word with a space between each word.||"activate" "SIMs"|
|Phrase or words in a certain order.
The search results will include all articles with those words listed in that order.
|Add double quotes around the phrase.||"usage alert"|
|Exclude a word as part of your search.
The search results will include the word or words you wish to search and exclude articles that contain the word you wish to exclude.
|Use a minus symbol in front of the word to be excluded.||report -invoice|
|Single or multiple words.
The search results will include articles with at least one of the search words, but not all.

Selecting from the search results
Once you have received your search results, select the article title on the top line to open and view the article. Select your browser back button if you need to return to the search results.
Note: Results can include articles for different software offerings.

The software is listed on the second line. Review this line to ensure you will open the correct article.
Select this link to open the section and view all similar articles available.
