Login and two-factor authentication
Our secure login includes two-factor authentication, which is required the first time you log in.
You can select "Trust this device" anytime, turning off the two-factor requirements for 30 days for that device only.
When two-factor authentication is required, it will send the OTP (one-time password) to the email account from e you log in. The code will be sent to the same email used to log in. The authentication code is valid for 30 minutes.
Change password
There are two options available if you need to change your password.
- My profile settings in ConnectivityPro
- Login page (refer to the following instructions)
Reset your password from the login page
- Follow the process below if you need to reset your password to log in to ConnectivityPro.
Go to https://connect.korewireless.com/login and select Forgot Password.
Warning: The password reset link expires after 5 minutes. - Type the email for your account and select Continue.
Note: Review the email address carefully; the system will not notify you if the address is invalid. - Watch your email for the password reset email. Once received, select the Reset My Password button or the provided link.
Note: The subject line is "Reset Password. Check your spam folder if not received within 2 minutes. - Create your new password, and select Reset My Password. You will see the message "Your account has been updated."
New account setup
An email will be sent to you with the subject line "ConnectivityPro Registration." If you do not receive this email, you can still complete your new log-in as long as it was sent.
Notes:
You cannot create an account (register) without an account administrator creating an account for you in ConnectivityPro and sending a registration email.
Registration email links never expire.
Verification email links expire within 30 minutes of being sent. If you do not use them in a timely manner, ask your administrator to resend it.
- Open the email and select Complete Registration or go to https://connect.korewireless.com/login and select Register.
Note: Check your spam folder if you do not receive the email within 10 minutes. You can also ask your account administrator to resend the email.
Login page Registration email - Complete the registration and then select Register. You must use the same email address assigned
to you in ConnectivityPro by your administrator.
Your new password must include the following:-
- minimum of 8 characters
- at least 1 number
- at least 1 capitalized letter
- at least 1 lowercase letter

- Watch for the verification email with the subject "Verify your ConnectifyPro email address."
- Open the email and select Verify Account.
Note: If you do not receive the email, open the registration email, select register, and select Resend verification mail?.
Your registration process is now complete. Bookmark https://connect.korewireless.com/login, and welcome to ConnectivityPro.
Account administrator
Create a new user
Account > Company Information > Users
A short video is available.
An account administrator first creates the new user request, and the system will email the user to complete their registration.
Note: If the account originated from PRiSMPro, check if the basic user profile is already available. Update the user role as needed, as accounts transferred to ConnectivityPro are set to view only.
- Verify that the user does not already exist, then select Add New User.
- Complete the fields, select CONTINUE, and then CONFIRM.

If they have a PRiSMPro account, use the same email.
Note: This field cannot be changed.Mobile number Optional field. Cost center Optional field. Assign a role Mandatory field.
Refer to the user roles article for additional information.
The user will now appear in "pending registration" status on the user table.
Resend request
Select the envelope next to "pending registration" to resend the email if needed.
Edit or deactivate a user
Account > Company Information > Users
The email address is the unique identifier for the user and cannot be changed. If the email address changes, the user must be deactivated (no longer with company) and a new user created.
- Find the user on the table using the filter if needed.
- Select the edit
icon to change the following:

- First name
- Last name
- Mobile number
- Assign a cost center
Note: you must temporarily remove the cost center to change the user role. - Assign a role
You cannot edit a role on this page. Use the move user option on the Manage roles page. - Status (current/active or no longer with company).
Other requests
Request type | Action |
Change an email address | Email addresses cannot be changed. The user will need to be deactivated (status "no longer with company") and a new user created. |

Multiple account users
There are two different types of multiple account users
- The parent/child account configuration.
- Multiple accounts for one company to manage its inventory.
Parent/child model
Account administrators on parent accounts can access all child accounts within their structure. Refer to the switch companies section of the user settings article to learn how to move between accounts.
Multiple accounts for the same company
Account administrators can create one user account that allows a user to access all or multiple company accounts. Although you will use one login, you will still need to log in and out of each account separately.
User setup
Once a user is created and verified on one account, the account administrators from each account can add the user using the same first name, last name, and email. Registration and verification for the user are not required.
User login
When users with multiple account access login, an additional window will open, requiring them to choose the account they wish to access. The account numbers will also display with the account names for clarity.
Note: The login you choose will have the user role assigned to that account.
