Report types
These are the same reports found in PRISMPro under Billing/Reporting > Invoices and Summary Files. There will be up to 12 months of billing reports available.

File name prefix | Description |
| Invoice | The invoice number | Refer to the Invoice article for additional information. |
| MonthlyCDR | CallDetailsRecord | The total raw usage for each device with usage detail. Every usage session will have a separate line item in the zip file. |
| Summary files | SummaryFiles | SIMSummaries - the total usage for each device without usage detail. SIMSummaryCostReport - total charges and usage for each device broken down by plan and usage type. These files are now available in two formats; all devices together or by service type. The files by service type include the headers for all columns. |
Reports list table
Reports > Billing
Select the files needed, and then select the Download button.
Note: You can only download one file at a time.

| Category | The type of report. |
| Target period | The billing month from the invoice. |
| Date created | The date the report was added to the system. |
| Presented file name | The file name and file type. |
