The news and events menu contains important information sent by your KORE team. The tool will also allow you to post any announcements or information needed by your team members that use ConnectivityPro as an effective tool for your business.
Viewing articles
Select the title or the expand button next to the date to open and read any article.
Articles have colored-coded backgrounds and sorted is by date.
New or unread (orange) |
New or unread articles will have a light orange background.![]() |
Viewed (grey) |
Viewed articles have a white background and are sorted by week and month. ![]() |
Date order | The default date order is recent or ascending order. You can switch this at any time using the date sort buttons on the screen's top right-hand corner.![]() The article dates are on the right-hand side of the title. ![]() |
Create an article
Articles can be created and posted in a few minutes.
Note: Parent/child account management account structures will need to copy the article to each account needed.
Option | Description |
Headline | Title of the article or announcement. |
Summary | The body of the article. Type directly or paste in your text. This section includes basic styling tools. ![]() Note: The hyperlink option requires you to highlight your word or phrase first before it will enable. |
Expiration date | The date and time the article will be removed. Note: Times displayed in your local time zone. Set date and time Calendar - select the date from the calendar. ![]() Hours display on a 24-hour clock. ![]() Minutes are available in 5-minute increments. ![]() |
Publication date | The date and time the article will be viewable. |
Edit an article
You can only edit articles that appear under the "Upcoming" section.
Select the edit (pencil) icon to open the edit window. Make any changes to the title, body, publish date, or expiration date, and select Submit.
