Request details - SIM order

Stock order requests have a separate section under the provisioning tab. Use the search, search filter, or select the Request ID to view any order.

Note: SIM orders originating from PRiSMPro will be under Subscriptions > Requests > Provisioning.

Request status

The first section includes the status of the order and the general information from the original request. Refer to the Order SIMs article for additional field information. 

The section includes:

  • Request ID
  • Service type
  • Request status
  • SIMs
  • SIM format type
  • Stock order tracking number
  • Created on
  • Ordered by
  • Purchase order
  • SKU
  • Company name
  • Account number
  • Cost center
  • Account status

Shipping details

The shipping details will match the information from the original request. Refer to the Order SIMs article for additional field information. 

The section includes:

  • Shipping address
  • Method
  • Requested ship date
  • Contact person
  • Contact number
  • Contact email
  • cc: email
  • Special instructions

 

Fulfillment Details

The fulfillment details are only available if the SIMs have shipped.

Field Description
Shipping or alternate address Will list if an alternate address was used since the original order was sent.
Courier Courier company used.
Method The shipping method, usually air or ground.
Shipping status The options include:
  • Pending 
  • Shipped out
Waybill number   Waybill or tracking number of your shipment.
Alternate name This field is only used if changed from the original stock order request.
Alternate number This field is only used if changed from the original stock order request.
Alternate email This field is only used if changed from the original stock order request.
cc Email This field is only used if changed from the original stock order request.
Inventory the name of the attached txt file, which includes include:
  • SIM - list of ICCIDs included in the order.
  • eSIM - list of EIDs included in the order.
Summary Summary of the inventory file (service type, number of SIMs or eSIMs, form factor) if included.
Process status The options include:
  • Cancelled 
  • Completed 
  • On-hold
  • Pending 
Process location  KORE Inventory warehouse SIMs or eSIMs shipped from.
Date shipped Date and time the SIMs were shipped.
