Account > Company Information > Cost Centers
Cost centers allow administrators to segment their inventory based on their business needs and then create users that can only see or manage SIMs assigned to their cost center.
Originally created for use in PrismPro, you can still maintain and use cost centers in ConnectivityPro.

Summary
Field | Description |
Total cost | Available on a future date. |
Total subscriptions | The number of subscriptions or SIMs assigned to this cost center. |
Total threshold violators today | Available on a future date. |
Total request today | Available on a future date. |
The table displays all active and inactive (deactive) cost centers on your account. Cost centers appear in the order they are created.
Cost center list
View the information for each cost center based on the following field options. Select the name of any cost center to view the cost center details.
Field | Description |
Cost center | Cost center name. |
Phone | Phone number if available. |
Email if available. | |
Logo | The field is not available. |
Status | Active or deactive. |
Org type | Available in a future release. |
Agent created | Email of the user that created the cost center. |

Select the cost center name from the cost center table to review the details page.

Create a cost center
Account > Company Information > Cost Center > Create Cost Center
- Select Create Cost Center.
- Type your new cost center name.
Note: The table will only display 29 characters (including spaces). - Review your cost center name, and then select SAVE.
Update cost centers
You can update the name of your cost centers
Account > Company Information > Cost Center
- Search or search and select the name of the cost center.
- Find the Detail section, and select the customize
icon.
- Revise the name as needed, and select Update.
Assign cost centers
The section includes:
Assign to a subscription or SIM
There are four ways to assign a cost center.
Option | Description |
Order SIMs | Quick Links > Stock Order You can assign a cost center to the entire order as needed. |
Activation | Account > Account Information > Activation Profiles Activation profiles created from the Account Profiles page include the cost center field. |
Single subscription or SIM | Subscriptions > ICCID > Details Add or update the cost center assigned to a SIM from the Subscription Details page. |
Bulk update | Account > Company Information > Cost Center

Assign to a user
Account > Company Information > Users
You can add or remove cost centers from user profiles at any time. Cost center user's access will be limited to a single cost center. User roles work the same, with the cost center user restricted to SIMs assigned to their cost center.
