Invoice > Invoice Summary or Invoice Details
The invoices menu includes two tabs.
| Tab | Description |
| Invoice summary | Contains a list of monthly invoices, with links to the invoice details. |
| Invoice details | Contains an itemized list by invoice of all charges. |
Note: The invoice (PDF) is available on the Reports menu.
Invoice summary
Invoice > Invoice Summary
The Invoice Summary tab displays the last 12 months of monthly invoices for that account. Select the invoice number of the month you would like to view or select the Invoice Details tab to view invoice details.
| Field | Description |
| Invoice month | The billing month. |
| Invoice number | The invoice number from the invoice. |
| Billing period start | The first date of the billing period. |
| Billing period end | The last date of the billing period. |
| Amount invoiced | The invoice amount. |

Page details
The Invoice Details tab displays invoice details without totals. You can download this information if needed in CSV format.
Select an invoice to review.
Notes: A PDF version of the invoice is available on PRISMPro (Billing/Reporting > Invoices).
PDF invoices and invoice details will display any manual adjustments.

These terms are a little different from the invoice but will match in a future release.

Parent/child account management
Depending on your access level, you can review the accounts to determine which charges and overages are assigned to each account.
The last two columns in the account table will show you the parent account number and name. The main parent account (contracted with KORE) will not have a parent account number or parent name.
You can select one or several accounts to view at once, but the invoice details for each account will display separately.
