Deactivating a SIM or SIMs will remove them from your inventory. Depending on the service type, it may temporarily move into pending scrap state before being scrapped.
Note: Not all service types can be reactivated.

- Select your SIM or SIMs by:
- Choose from the list of SIMs in the table.
- Open the table search filter
and use the filter options to create a list, then choose by ICCID from the list.
- Open the table search filter
and select multi-line to paste an ICCID list.
- Select
all the ICCIDs on the list you want to change, and then select the Deactivate button.

This section includes:
Confirm
The information from your request will display on the confirmation screen.
For a single deactivation, the basic information for the SIM will display.
For multiple SIMs, only the number of SIMs, service type, and state are available.
Note: The data plan is from the first SIM selected.
Review the and select CONFIRM to send your request.
Note: There is no back button for this option, you will need to cancel if unsure of your selection.
Summary
The page will display a request confirmation message. You can select the Request ID to review the activation request on the Provisioning tab or select DONE to close the window.
You can review the status of all provisioning requests from Subscriptions > Provisioning > Requests.
