Ordering SIMs is the same as placing a stock order.

Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory.
|Service type||You must select this option before all other fields are available.
Select from the list.
|Product offer||Select from the list.|
|SIM format type||Select from the list.
Note: you must select the product offer before this field is available.
|SKU ID||The KORE part number. The field will fill automatically based on the SIM format type.|
|Purchase order||Add your purchase order number if needed.|
|SIM quantity||Amount of SIM cards needed.|
|Unit of measure||Select from the options available, which will vary based on SIM format type.|
|Company name||Account name for the SIM order.|
|Cost center||Add a cost center from the list if needed.|
This information will appear on the shipping label.
Select ship to information
Enter ship to information
|Select - selected by default, this allows you to choose the contact names and locations already added to your account.
Enter - you can select this option when you need to ship an order to a location not listed on the account. If the location will be used in the future on other orders, consider adding the location to your account settings.
|Contact person||Select - select from the list (must have a phone number).
Enter - add the full contact name.
|Ship to information||Select ship to - select from the list of shipping addresses.
Note: You can add a new location if needed.
Enter ship to - manually add a physical shipping address.
|Contact phone||Select - select from the list.
Enter - add the contact phone number, including area code.
|Account email||Select - select from the list.
Enter - add the contact email address.
|cc: email||Add any additional email addresses needed.|
|Address||Select - select from the list.
Enter - add the physical address.
|Shipping method||Select from the list.|
|Requested shipping date||Select a date as needed.|
|Special instructions||Optional field. Add any additional information we need to complete your order, including the following:
Confirmation and summary
Review the order information and select the back button if any changes need to be made. Once the order is correct, select CONFIRM to submit.
You will receive a confirmation message that your order is received. You can select the Request ID to review the provisioning request or select DONE to close the window.
Note: You will not receive an email confirming your stock order request.

Subscriptions > Requests > Stock Orders
You can cancel any SIM order with a pending request status.
- Locate the order using the request ID from the confirmation page.
- Select the order and scroll to the bottom and select "cancel order."
- Review the page to confirm the order is canceled.
An email will be sent once the shipment is sent that will include all shipping information.
The shipping details will also be available on the provisioning request in the Fulfillment Details section.
