Name and menu display
Your first name, user role, and company name will display. You can add an avatar or picture using the My Profile option.
Select the down arrow 
key next to your user role to select a user setting option:

The settings page allows you to customize some of the settings for ConnectivityPro. These settings apply to all accounts associated with this user name (email).
General

| Auto night mode | This option will be available on a future date. |

Summary bar

| Hover toggle | You can turn off the hover option for mobile devices. This option is also available on any summary bar. |
Email notification
| Option | Description |
| Provisioning request complete notifications | Select if you would like to receive an email notification when your provisioning requests (activate, deactivate, and suspend) are complete. |
My profile
Your profile information includes a mix of information that can be either changed or is view only.

Logout
You would only need to use this feature if you have multiple people using this software on the same device.
Switch companies
Use for accounts that are part of the parent/child account management configuration to switch between companies.
Notes:
Any user accounts assigned to a cost center cannot use this feature.
Not for use with separate accounts not configured as parent/child, refer to multiple user accounts section of the user settings article.
- Go to the user settings and select Switch Companies.
- Type the name or the partial name of the company in the search box.
- View the search results. Hover on the company name to see the entire name.
- Select the company from the list.
Note: Select the star next to the account names you want to keep at the top of your list.
