The subscription details page includes all information for that ICCID.
Summary and action bar
The summary and action bar displays the basic information and options available for the SIM.
Summary bar
| Field | Description |
| SIM state | The current state of the SIM. |
| Session status | Options include:
|
| Service type | SIM service type. |
| Data plan | The current data plan. |
| Total usage | The usage measurement will change based on the amount of usage. |
Action bar
Enabled buttons (highlight or orange) are the provisioning options available for that SIM.
Timeline
The timeline displays the daily usage of the subscription or SIM for the current billing period. The default display is data, but you can change to voice or SMS.
Note: the color key for usage only applies to commitment plans. The color alerts apply to daily usage only.

| Consumed | Displayed in green, this is the total usage used. |
| Exceeding threshold | Displayed in red, this is the total usage over the threshold. |
| Remaining | Displayed in gray, the total allowed usage. |
| Total usage | The total usage is available numerically above each day in black. |

Details
The section includes the following:
The SIM details section includes all details about that SIM.
SIM details
| Field | Description |
| MSISDN | MSISDN. |
| IMSI | IMSI. |
| Mode | Used for eSIM service types only, indicates the purpose:

| RSP state | Used for eSIM service types only, will indicate if the profile is enabled on the SIM. |
| Stock Order ID | The linkable stock order id will display if available. |
eSIM
| Field | Description |
| EID | EID. |
| product offer type | The type of purpose of the SIM card. |
Account
| Field | Description |
| Cost center | Identifies cost center if assigned to the SIM. Update and remove cost centers as needed. |
Location

Profile
| Field | Description |
| Current data plan | Plan information will display for SIMs in any active or suspended states. |
| Current SMS plan | Plan information will display for SIMs in any active or suspended states. |
| Current voice plan | Plan information will display for SIMs in any active or suspended states. |
Connected hardware
| Field | Description |
| Serial number | Optional field, update using the bulk updates feature. |
| Model number | Optional field, update using the bulk updates feature. |
| IMEI | Optional field, update using the bulk updates feature. |
Device features
List of active features on that SIM.
Note: Changed or deactivated features will not display.
| Field | Description |
| Feature name | Feature names selected during activation or plan change. |
| Description | May include additional information about the feature such as the APN name. |
| IP address | The IP address for that feature. |
Additional fields
These are custom fields that can be used to add additional information that you need to your SIMs.
Use the edit option on this page to update this SIM, or use the bulk update to paste a list of updates to multiple SIMs.
Note: You can add up to 250 additional fields to each subscription or SIM.

SIM state history
The SIM state history table contains the state history for the SIM in descending date order (current state first).
| Field | Description |
| State | SIM state. |
| Start date | The date the SIM transitions to that state |
| End date | The last date the SIM was in that state. No end date signifies the current state of the SIM. |
IMEI change history
The IMEI change history table contains the IMEI history for the SIM in descending date order (current date first).
| Field | Description |
| ICCID | ICCID for that SIM card. |
| IMEI | IMEI for the SIM card. |
| Serial number | |
| Model number | |
| Timestamp | The time and date the IMEI was recorded in the system. |
| Updated by | Will designate a system or user name. |
