For your protection, KORE’s production API is not publically accessible over the internet to everyone.
Before your applications will be enabled to access the Production Environment, you must first submit technical information about your applications and provide the originating IP address to our Support and Network Engineering Teams so that we can enable access.
Our Support team is equipped to assist you with enabling access to the Sandbox applications.
Please see the API Service Request available in the Support area of PRiSMPro to review the information we require.
KORE requires an Approval Testing Process before you are able to leave the Sandbox and use Production.
