If you are the primary contact for your company, you have Customer Admin access with the ability to disable a user's account.
- Select the User menu (down arrow located next to your username at the top right of the page).
- Select Manage Account. The Manage Account page is displayed.
- From the Users page, select the user name for the account that you need to disable. The profile page for the selected user displays.
- Select Disable Account.
Note: If the account needs to become active again, you can return and select Enable Account to reactivate it.
