As the primary contact with Company Admin access, you can request a password reset for a user.
- Select Manage Account from the User menu (down arrow located next to your username).
- On the Users page either search for or scroll to find the user that you need.
- Select the user name (either first or last name).
- Select Reset Password. An e-mail notification is sent to the e-mail address given in the user's profile.
The user is required to change their password the next time they log into SecurityPro.
If you are not an Admin user, you can select Manage Profile from the User menu to change your password.
