If you are the primary contact for your company, you have Customer Admin access. You can manage your company's users and view activity that they have performed against your company.
- Select the User menu (down arrow located next to your username at the top right of the page).
- Select Manage Account. The Manage Account page is displayed.
The top of the Manage Account page shows the number of users, number of devices, and number of Rules for your company's account.
Tabs are available for selection on the Manage Account page with the Users tab being the default. You can select the Activity tab to view that page.
Users |
Provides a list of all users associated with your company and a list of users that you have viewed recently. The list includes the user's access role and the date that the user was added (created). Select the user's name to view the user's profile. The Filter Users search bar can be used to search for a specific user. |
Activity |
Provides an audit trail of activity performed against your company, date and time that the activity occurred, user that performed the activity, and a brief explanation of the activity that occurred. The Filter Users search bar can be used to search for a specific user. |
To add the new user, from the Manage Account page:
- Select Invite New User.
- Enter the user's first name, last name, and e-mail address.
- Select a role.
- Select Save Changes. An e-mail invite is sent to the address that you specified.
The link in the invitation is active for 24 hours. If the user does not select the link within the 24-hour time period or they cannot find the e-mail, you can select Resend Actions Email to send the invite again.
The Resend Email Action selection is only available for users that are not already in the application.
Viewing a User's Profile
- From the Users page, select the first or last name of the user that you need to view.
The user's profile information displays. - If you have recently viewed a user's profile, the right side of the Users page displays that user in the list of Recently Viewed. You can select the user's name to quickly go to their profile.
Changing User Information
- On the User page, select the user name (either first or last name) from the Users page.
If necessary, you can use the search bar to search for the user. - Update either the user's name, e-mail address, select a new role, or change or add a profile picture.
- Select Save Changes.
- Select Back to Users, located at the bottom left of the user's profile, to return to the Users list.
If you made changes to the user's name, e-mail address, or role those changes can be viewed and verified on the Users page.
Note: You can also select to reset the user's password or to disable their account.
