Select either of the following features for help and then select links within the help for further assistance.

Dashboard
- Device Groups or Grouped Devices display as zero.
- Groups have not been created. See Creating a Group for help.
- Devices have not been added to a group.
- Active Alerts, Alerts section, or Alerts by Severity graph shows no alerts.
- No rules have been created or assigned to a group, or devices have not been assigned to a group.
- If no Active Alerts are shown, all alerts have been acknowledged.
- If you've created a group, assigned devices to that group, and assigned a rule with conditions to that group and no alerts are shown, no alerts have been triggered. Your devices are behaving as expected.
Alerts page
- There are no alerts or violations against your device.
- Make certain you have created a group, added the device to the group, and created and assigned a Rule to that group.
- If you have added more than one condition to a Rule, all these conditions must be broken at the same time for an alert to trigger.
- Your device is behaving as expected.
- You are not receiving e-mail notifications.
- Check that you added an e-mail Action to the Rule condition.
- Verify that the e-mail addresses you added are correct.
- Your device is behaving as expected.
Groups page
- You created a group but can't find it.
- Search for the group name either from the search field at the top of the dashboard or from the Groups page. Partial name search is available.
Rules/Conditions
- Several Conditions are available. At least one Condition must be added to a Rule.
- Some Conditions can be combined within a Rule. Refer to Rule Condition Restrictions for limitations.
- If more than one Condition is added to a Rule, all of the Conditions must be broken at the same time for an alert to trigger.
TrafficStreamer
- If you are having trouble viewing the TrafficStreamer, try using another Web browser such as Google Chrome.
- If you select the Stop button, when you select to Start the view again, the traffic flow begins at the current time. The flow view is not paused at the time you stopped it.
- No traffic shown for SIM in TrafficStreamer - The device must be communicating at the time that you entered the SIM in the filter search field.
