Three reports showing historical information are available within SecurityPro and are available by selecting Reports on the navigator:
Traffic | Displays graphs showing usage by Group and usage by Protocol. (You can move your mouse over the graphs for details about each point on the graph.)
Usage shown in SecurityPro is flow of data packets. It is not billable usage. This report also provides a list of the following records: Top Talkers: Devices with the most traffic |
Alerts | Provides a record of Top Offenders, Top Group Offenders, and Top SIM Offenders. Top offenders have the highest number of violations. |
Auditing | Provides a record of changes to Groups and Rules, and Rules assigned to Groups and SIMs (devices) assigned to Groups. |
You can customize the Alerts report or the Auditing report by selecting a date range. The Traffic report can be customized by both Group and date range.
You can select hyperlinks in each report to go to a details page about that selection (for example, selecting a SIM number directs you to the Device details page for that SIM) .
Customizing the Auditing report or Alerts report
To view an Alerts report or Auditing report for a specific range of dates, click the calendar selection located at the top of the report and then select a start date and an end date for the report.
The report changes to display records that occurred during the date range you selected.
Customizing the Traffic report
The Traffic report can be customized by number of days (1D, 3D, or 7D) and can also be customized by selection of a specific Group and a date range. When you log in, a one-day view is shown. You can select to view either three-day or seven-day views.
To change the number of days to view, select from either 3D or 7D on either of the graphs or top of a list, such as Top Talkers. If you want to return to the one-day view, click 1D.
To view the report for a specific Group, type the Group name in the Search By Group field. The report changes to show Traffic for only that Group for the selected date range or selected number of days.
Viewing and Adding Scheduled Reports
Watch for Scheduled Reports in the near future!
Important! SecurityPro only monitors your devices to notify you when your Device is not behaving as expected. It does not resolve this behavior. You must take action to resolve your Device’s behavior and then acknowledge within SecurityPro that you have done so.
