Watch a Short Video
As a first-time user, when you open SecurityPro, your devices have been loaded for you. The total number of the devices that were loaded is shown on the Dashboard above “Ungrouped” because no devices have been added to Groups.
After grouping devices, notice the number "Grouped" and "Ungrouped" devices on the Dashboard. Your total number of devices is the sum of Grouped and Ungrouped.
From the Devices page, you can view a list of your devices, search for a specific device, assign a device to a Group, or remove a device from a Group.
Click to watch a short video about viewing a device and its details or use the following steps to learn about viewing device details, alerts, and traffic flow.
- Click Devices, located on the navigator.
A list of your devices is displayed showing the SIM, carrier, MSISDN (phone number for the SIM), IP address, IMEI (unique identifier for the device), IMSI (unique identifier of the cellular network), and Group (if the device is assigned to a Group in SecurityPro).
Note: If you need to find a specific device in the list, you can use the Search field located at the top of each page of SecurityPro or use the Search Devices field on the Devices page. Search is available by either SIM/ESN, MSISDN, IP address, or IMSI. - Click the SIM number located under the SIM/ESN column to view details about a device.
The Device Details page is displayed.
a | The top of the page displays your device’s SIM number, the Group where this device is assigned, and a selection to remove the device from this Group. |
b | The number of Violations that have occurred on this device in the past 30 days along with the device’s total usage in the past 30 days are shown in the top right of the page. |
c | Device details are provided including the SIM, MSISDN, IMSI, IMEI, and Carrier. Other details include:

Graphs are available showing inbound data by Host IP and Usage by Protocol with either 1D, 3D, or 7D view selection. When you log in, a one-day (1D) view of data is shown on the graphs. You can select either three or seven-day views. Moving your mouse over the graph provides additional details for a specific day or time, depending on the graph you are viewing. Usage shown is flow of data packets. It is not billable usage. |
Note: Each blue item is a hyperlink. For example, clicking a Group name opens the Group page to show details about that Group.

The Traffic page shows all traffic flow, received and sent. If you want to view traffic for a specific date/time, use either of the following selections.
Traffic by protocol is shown on the graph at the top of the page and allows for selection of a specific internet protocol (for example, TCP, UDP, ICMP). The default is to show all flow in the graph but you can select to view a specific protocol. Traffic Details are displayed in a list by protocol and identifies whether the flow is sent or received, the number of bytes, packets, and the Host IP and port that the traffic was sent to or received from. |

The Violations page provides a list of the date/time that a violation occurred and the Rule that triggered the violation. You can select the Rule name to go to the Rule details page. From the Rule details page, you can view the Conditions, Actions, and Groups assigned to the Rule. The right side of the page displays the number of lifetime violations that occurred by Rule, the Rule name for each violation, and the severity level set for the Rule. |
