What is IPND?
The Australian government department of Australian Communications and Media Authority (ACMA) requires that all Carriage Service Providers (CSPs) or carriers register each phone number with a physical address to their Integrated Public Number Database (IPND).
You must provide this information when performing an eSIM switch for KORE TELS2.

The IPND management page shows you the status of the IPND registrations and allows you to change the address and contact information for any of your SIM cards.
The section includes the following:
Summary
Field | Description |
Completed | How many devices were registered with IPND in the last 7 days. |
Pending | How many registrations are in pending state for the last 7 days. |
Activation | How many SIM cards were activated in the last 7 days. |
Deactivation | How many SIMs were deactivated and the addresses removed in the last 7 days. |
Change request | How many changes were sent in the last 7 days. |

You can search by MSISDN or by any field in the table.
Note: Searching by ICCID or EID is not available.

IPND table list
Field | Description |
Status | The registration status with IPND. Options include the following:

MSISDN | The MSISDN assigned to the SIM. |
Title | The title will be Mr, Mrs, or Ms. |
First name | The first name of the contact. |
Last name | The last name of the contact. |
Address | The street address and suburb of the contact. |
State | The state of the contact. |
Postcode | The postcode of the contact. |
Update date | The last date the address or name was updated. |
Edit IPND information
Account > IPND Management
The edit function allows you to change the address
- Select the MSISDN or MSISDNs using one of the following:
- Select the search bar to search for one MDISDN.
- Select the filter and search by MSISDN or any fields on the table.
- Update the contact name and address as needed. The contact name allows you to update just the fields you need. For the address, you must search and select the address from the list.
- Review your changes and select Save.
eSIM switch - add the address and contact name
Subscriptions > Inventory > eSIM view > Switch
Subscriptions > Inventory > eSIM view > ICCID > Switch
After adding the activation profile during the switch process, you will need to add a name and address for IPND. You can add a contact and address to each SIM or create a default.
- Select which option applies and follow the instructions.
Default address and contact The address and contact information will automatically display if there is a default address on the account. If this information is correct, no changes are required. New address

Change default addressAdd a partial address in the search bar. Select the correct address from the list.
Check the Set as Default box if you want to make this your default address or change your default address.Contact information Add for a new address or change for default if needed.

- Review your contact information and select CONTINUE. You will return to the eSIM switch process.
