These two reports offer the same information, with one available in ConnectivtyPro, and the other using an SFTP.

Daily usage report - ConnectivityPro

The report is available for all accounts in ConnectivityPro; contact Support to add it to your account. If you currently receive the Daily CSV report, it will be automatically added to your account.
The daily usage report contains all CDRs received for your account from all carriers in a standardized format. Provided daily, it allows you to monitor usage for all service types.
Note: The CDR records received from the carriers are an approximation of usage and are not guaranteed to include all usage. The confirmed usage and billing usage records are the monthly summary files received from the carriers with your invoice.
The simplified and standard format will replace the Daily CSV report, which will run concurrently until phased out in the 2nd quarter of 2023.
CDR feed - SFTP users
The CDR feed is available every 15 minutes and includes the same information as the daily usage report. Contact us if you would like to receive this service.
Report headings and descriptions

| A | Account ID | The account identifier for the usage. Note: This will vary for Parent/child structures. |
| B | SubscriptionId | The Subscription ID is the SIM identifier for API requests. |
| C | CostCenterName | The name of the cost center. |
| D | APN | The APN is the APN feature, which may vary from the description on the SIM details page. |
| E | Service type | The service type of the SIM. |
| F | AirTimeClass | The air time class is the usage classification, similar to the plan name descriptions found on the SIM details page. |
| G | ICCID | The ICCID for that SIM. |
| H | IMSI | The IMSI for that SIM. |
| I | MSISDN | The MSISDN for that SIM. |
| J | IMEI | The IMEI for that SIM. |

| L | ExactUsageTime | The ExactUsageTime is the start time of the usage in the UTC (0) timezone. The time format uses a 24-hour clock. |

| O | MCC | The Mobile Country Code, if available on the CDR record. |
| P | ParentOrgUrn | The parent account number if this account is part of a Parent/child structure. |
| Q | BilledOrgChild | The first general child of the billed account if this account is part of a Parent/child structure. |
